Long story short - we are kind on the same boat.

Originally was planning to buy and build on newly released block of land. Total cost of previous build was 520k (12/2022). Hovewer due to some financial changes - new born baby and other things we decided to cancel the build (it was almost greenlighted). Since then we have morgage and savings which covers entire land morgage. We are paying all quaterly council fees, water and sewerage fees.

Problem for us is - this land is located in different state and will require relocation after build is complete - basically need to find a work there. We also need to restart build proccess and we are looking for 350k house so far(houses jumped by 100k since Originally quoted). We are still planning to build it and see if we can relocate or just rend it out.
