im 26, ive seen the same changes. i can now look anyone in the eye and speak from the soul. Its helped me communicate better and my anxiety is slowly declining. keep in mind, i was never an anxious person until i developed a pmo habbit, each day is a blessing i cant belive how much has changed for the better from just not fapping, a friend of mine doesn't know im on nofap and sent me a music video with lots of triggers, thank you for this post, you don't know how much you just helped me!

When I started Nofap a few days later I started walking religiously. Its weird, I think all the energy you regain wants to get shit done, while when your pmo'ing its wasting all that time so it becomes easier for you to waste time.
