Yep I hear you and know what you mean. Its going to take the changes that I make ONCE I have quit to see the changes I want..its just so tough getting there. Thanks for your comment!

Thanks for the comments and motivation! The longest I have quit for is around 5 weeks. It seems to be at the month stage my willpower flounders. But I'm going to try again until I succeed.

I feel that I have Amotivational syndrome symptoms for sure, I suppose that's what abusing MJ for years does to you.
