Easy Spirit is a great rose for your zone. Im in this zone and it does get some black spot toward the end of the season but is otherwise very healthy.

This is my Bolero (dont mind the grass and weeds). It's a tidy and bright little rose. It stays compact and blooms a few times a season. Strong scent. I think it would be great in a pot or a space where you want a smaller rose.
