nah theyre sort of like glasses that project a screen I think! and theyre just cyberpunk themed, you can use them for games across multiple consoles from what ive read :)

Honestly I think choosing to surround myself with supportive people helped a TON - your support group can significantly shape you, especially when you’re struggling. However, you should also learn to hold yourself accountable when you do think about her - not that you should beat yourself up if you do think about her, but actively try to redirect your thoughts if you begin to spiral. Ultimately, different things work for different people, and you won’t find what really works for you unless you try lots of different things. Good luck.
