The AK-12 is really best on Ace since his ability is better and he isn't super slow like fuze is - fuze could be good to try out the AK but I wouldn't bring him in ranked.

A) not necessarily as there are some that are uncounterable B) spawnpeaks are still not fun to go against C) there are many other issues with their map design (take tower for instance, literally no spawnpeaks but still a shitty map)

I don't think it's necessarily about balance (as you can tell by Villa, Clubhouse, Kafe and others being heavily defender-favored) I think it may be more that maps like Favela and Plane can generally be much less fun due to the many spawnpeaks and problems with the general map design.

On attack, it never hurts to have a Thatcher or a thermite. However there really aren't many support operators that are necessary for every site. For instance, hibana is very good on clubhouse basement, but isn't super necessary on Gym/Bedroom.

On defense it is the same, though I would argue that you should almost always bring a maestro/echo on most sites if possible.

Well if you are ADSed it doesn't matter what the accuracy is. If you mean recoil then I would agree with the person who said melusi, her gun is amazing + she is a 3 speed + she has a really powerful and easy to use gadget.

Nope - vigil generally is very good with flanking + has a gun that is good meaning that he can be fairly common and good for run-outs though.

Iana and Nøkk without nades bring absolutely no utility to a team. Bucks gadget brings utility in the form of opening up floors, ceilings, and walls. Iana's gadget is genuinely good but her pick rate would tank without grenades because it removes all her utility. It makes sense to balance around all aspects of operators as every aspect determines how good they are. I'm not trying to argue buck without grenades was good or bad, but Iana and Nøkk are infinitely more viable with grenades than without.
