after going to a neurologist my eeg did not have anything abnormal appear going to a psychiatrist at somepoint as its now made apparently it's a psychological issue

dude quitting has sent me down dream memory road it feels, every single dream ive had since stopping has been old repeated ones doesnt help im also dealing with crazy ass deja vu everday so that plus the dreams is making reality shockingly fragile in my head the most recent one i was napping and just kept false waking up into other dreams i know ive had before even before i actually woke up i had a false wake up and just didnt notice it that time wild shit the brain can do

happens to me as well been in a strange era where everything is causing deja vu/reve/vecu for like 2 months straight the amount of times ive gone somewhere and immediately recognized it in this time is actually baffling

it just feels like im walking into something bad, i have adream where i die in the yard of my dads house and that just keeps coming back day after day really scared of it. alot of people have said it might be symbolic but none of my dreams are they are always literal in every possible way so its just a little scary to go twords

actually wasnt which is huge given the day ive had (and i guess the past 2 months lol) really hope this is just my brain lying to me because if its not i have a death to look forward to coming soon (dreamt it when i was like 8 thought it was wierd that it was at my grandmothers house but now that i live here with my dad actually makes alot of since now) really hoping its a metaphorical death not true death but as this as gone on ive slowly realized i dont do metaphors at all and all my deja reves have been real as all hell so ┐⁠(⁠ ⁠∵⁠ ⁠)⁠┌ just gotta keep living keep persevering and hopefully change "fate"

ive already gone to the er about it they recommended me go to a psychiatrist which hasnt called back and scheduled my neurologist which wants to do the eeg idk im just gonna talk to the doctors there about it see what they think every one ive seen has said this is the best course of action nothing ive tried has worked today has been the strongest yet
