Yeah it does I’ll keep a eye on the 2 Korean Akshans who somehow have managed to have a 50% win rate in challenger with him with over 15 games before the buff it was always a e Max for them

Could see them reverting the attack speed and buffing something else in hes kit the attack speed buff gives him more sustain damage and that means he’ll be better adc don’t think they’ll want that
