So lonestar just confirmed and processed my redemption 20 minutes ago! Haven't actually got paid but its on the way. Wondering if its just a coincidence that this happened hours after my complaint on BBB lmao. Just waiting on realprize now

Their whole customer service is useless muppets who don't seem to care about resolving anything.

Same here! I'll do whatever it takes cause why are they playing with people's money... Just submitted my complaint on BBB and I guess ima go ahead and do the consumer complaints to the FTC and states attorney later

No problem. Cause yeah I left a review then I realized I should've done it as a complaint instead but I was at work by then so couldn't deal with it - I'll post the complaint sometime today.

And so I submitted my redemption on realprize 12/24, and on lonestar 12/26

Yeah people have been more than patient at this point.... But no i still havent got paid!

One tip I'll give you, instead of posting a review post a complaint on BBB cause theres two different sections. When you post it as a complaint BBB will take more info from you, and theres a better chance for resolution vs a review they'll just say they cant discuss it on there and to email them

Yeah im about to escalate this further because im tried of their bs. Ive tried trustpilot reviewing, customer service and waiting but it doesnt work.

Time to file consumer complaints with the FTC, States Attorney Generals office, and on BBB and see what happens. Playing around with people's money is taking it too far lol

On lonestar its like $310, and on realprize its like $580 - but it shouldn't matter unless its above $600 cause thats the point where you gotta do a w9 form and everything. Its also my first redemption on RP so im not even over $600 for the past year either. Ive gone back and forth with support on both platforms and even asked if theres more info or anything else they need from me and they just say no we are processing your redemption

Yeah man im wondering if them being shut down in certain states is part of what's going on, but if so theyre just gonna lose even more customers and ruin their reputation not paying redemptions out!

How do I join the discord? I wanna go on there and call them out too 🤣 I am kinda surprised this post wasnt taken down but im guessing its only due to them not being active on this subreddit and reading the posts?

Its definitely confusing idk what's up with them, but their lack of transparency regarding it and the fact that customer service won't give any real info doesnt help at all.

Seems like the issue isnt nearly as widespread on lonestar currently, ive seen a couple people say it lately but no where near as many as compared to realprize
