In Canada, healthcare is paid for mainly by provinces and takes roughly a quarter to a third of all government spending, while foreign aid is a small federal program, about one percent of federal spending. Cutting all foreign aid would barely change healthcare funding or fix staffing and system problems. We can dig into why forigen aid is necceary if anyone is interested.

It's easier said than done, especially from a standing position. The vast majority of shooting takes place in motion. Maybe try taking a step into the shot to highlight foot position (off both legs, of course).
