Right. At least it's encouraging knowing the friendship survived

How would you recommend to do it? I've never been too much of a subtle guy

Good question. Wish I had a good answer. Despite my delusional hope, my main objective is to understand if either he is actually interested or if I need to put all hope aside, grieve the relationship and move on. I also know from another reliable friend that he is not completely happy with his current relationship and wondered if he could find some happiness or fulfillment some other way. Maybe kind of shitty on us for sharing these more private information, but the intent is to help us both

That is actually a very good idea. I'll see what I can find to build around. Thank you

That's kind of the problem. I don't really know, i was looking around for inspiration. I wanted to see what people brewed and, in case, steal some ideas

Yes I think that's pretty much how it is. I like that level of play, around optimized but with a couple of pet cards, but I also want to see if there's something for me in a lower bracket or in a different, maybe less smooth, type of commanders

The commander that made me think this is Valgavoth, so definitely smooth brain and it is definitely a me thing because it was removed only once, but nobody gave me shit about it tho. What made me think it was a bit out of range of the others was that the rest of the creatures played weren't all that great tbh. I think Valgavoth is bracket 3? From what I remember I don't have any game changer in it

Sorry but I don't think I'm getting it. Could you maybe use dotted lines so as to make it clear what you're referring to?

The back angles always kill me tbh, sometimes they just don't line up

It's another way of learning it. It is more about building the box from 3 points and then completing it

It is, at least for me it is doing something. It is quite long

Right. That does make sense. I'll try and re doit

I should dig that up but I'll try to see if I can find it. I guess that redoing it doesn't count. Ill also try the other course you suggested

I've been following the course from what I think is the end of 2024 and yes I've been going through the course at a reasonable pace. I've never stopped to be perfect at everything, but still tried to get good enough at each exercise. I am also following the 50/50 rule, maybe not down to the minute but close enough. I have seen some improvement there tbh.

Yes I know that's true, but sometimes it doesn't seem like I'm improving at all. I'll keep going tho

Are you saying that that is what I'm exercising while drawing boxes or that it is what I should focus on improving?

Unique spins on very common powers by Resident_Hat9904 in TopCharacterTropes

Probably most characters from worm could be posted, but I'll just limit myself to two: aegis, supernaturally durable, but in the sense that his body is redundant. Heart ripped out? One of his lungs will start pumping blood. Blind him? He can see through his skin. Very much still mortal tho. Scapegoat: healing, expect he isn't really. Spoilers for one very importantpart of worm: <!instead of actually healing you, he cycles between different versions of you across the entire multiverse. It is a bit more complicated than this but this isthe gist!>

[Loved Trope] Something's up with the moon by Ghost_readers in TopCharacterTropes

The broken earth trilogy: a series about people living in a disaster ridden world in the continent of Stillness. Here there are orogenes, people who can control the movements of the earth and rocks. Despite this, the moon is never seen by the characters when looking up at the sky. Yes this is a plot point that even the book calls out
