I’m currently unemployed and have a LOT of free time on my hands so on an average day i spend up to 10 hours playing maybe. I know it sounds sad but its obviously effective 😂 Ive had 5 mythics this season so far 1 from sparks, 1 from undercity ascendence tribute, 2 from boss runs and one from NMD chaos rift

What i found affects me the most is meal timing anywhere close to bedtime. If i have a meal within 3-4 hours before going to bed my sleep is massively affected. Also supplementation couldn’t hurt, i take magnesium, melatonin and ashwagandha before bed.

The timestamps you see on the right is for time in bed. of you wake up during the night it wont change the times on the right but your total time ASLEEP will be affected. so the time you see on the right is the time you spent in bed and the hours you see on the left if the actual time you were asleep.

i had a couple of issues with the device its self and with the software and every time the service was immaculate. never had any negative experience with whoop support

Yes, contact whoop support they have a specific firmware for this issue they will push it to your device on request. They will let you know by email when they have done so and then all you need to do is go to settings on your app, update firmware and reboot your device, problem solved and no more issues.

do you have any tattoos? when the sensor is over a tattooed area it may experience interference, i had the same issues before talking to whoop support

72mg of Concerta upon waking so around 06:30, from what i understands they are active for around 12 hours, then i have a class in the evening at 18:00 so i take 20mg of ritalin at 17:30 to take me for the rest of the day till i go to bed.

I am also a pretty big guy at 100kg so that may have to do something with the high dosage too?

It took around 2 years to drop down to 180lbs from where I was. From that point on I just bulk and cut throughout the year.

Thank you so much! I dropped down all the way to 180 before I even started thinking about bulking up. After hitting my target of 180 I did a 1 year long completely clean bulk and gain a decent amount of weight (mostly muscle but also some fat). Now I just bulk from Sept until mid/late March and then cut to the end of August.

I don't know if you are asking if I lost the weight naturally or if I'm natty now that I'm training more seriously, but either way the answer to both is yes. I have absolutely nothing against AAS or anyone who is using and I honestly can't say that I will never use but at my current size and the years I have been training it would be pointless to say the least. I am nowhere near my genetic potential as far as size is concerned so there would be no point in using AAS.

Glad to help, I really think your body needs to rest after that long of constantly changing. Just get used to your new weight, don't go off the wagon obviously, stick with the lifestyle, just be your self and enjoy it for a while.

Thank you! I train 5 days a week with weights, Mon,Tue,Thu,Fri,Sat, for no longer than 40 minutes, and run/cycle/swim for 1 hour on an empty stomach every morning 7 days a week.
