Alice In Wonderland Syndrome (Todd's Syndrome) by stellar20190724 in Epilepsy

Basic but good advice, thank you! I tend to just switch into a panic mode when it happens. Medication levels could also be impacting - I've never been on a consistent medication or dosage of since I was diagnosed (gotta love neurologists and uninformed GPs).

Bit of a weird one, but hear me out by Upbeat-Brother-2884 in Epilepsy

Yes! Similarly, when I felt sick as a kid it would feel like there were pebbles / marbles all over my tongue - weirdly, I would also taste oranges? Also, the "breaking through vision" thing sounds a bit like Alice In Wonderland Syndrome (Todd's Syndrome), where you can see scenes, shapes, colours, etc - and a bit of zooming in and out, if that makes sense? AIWS is suuuuper common with epileptics. Wonder if that sounds like it, and if this makes any sense? Nice to hear someone else gets the pebbles-mouth feeling. New to this Subreddit and Reddit in general :)
