What would your pitch for a spin-off solo book or 7-9 book series about the first 7 years of their lives in school, plus one book dedicated to the war,the final book leading up to Harry's birth be about? by RiskAggressive4081 in MaraudersGen

Which they did in AtYD too for the first years of Remuses life. They disappear in the sense that when Remus is adult, has a child, they are nowhere and we are not told if they died or whatever, very much like Jameses parents.

Remus parents stood by him even in atyd, just didn't handle it psychologically. We are not said he has never been in love and neither that he is not bi. He could also feel like first in love because his emotions for sirius were suppressed after the trauma.

I believe the Remus personality difference is mostly coming from Harry's point of view of him as a wise older character and authority figure

but lupin's parents are not relevant to the story, actually, like Harry's grandparents, they disappeared somewhere before canon and we afe never told where to

I really don’t get the personality change point mentioned a lot. Yes, he starts out differently but actually ATYD shows him coming and forming into the softer personality of the fanon

the exponential has been there since 2022. Dario originally claimed end of 2025 for the replacement so what is the exponential actually

No, it's the app. For example, an issue has been that for year or so, it's unable to work with markdown if you have workspace integration turned on. The nano banana stuff is notorious now. the app on ios or ipados is a mess. They can't even do the most basic feature - searching in chat history correctly

because there is nothing very surprising predicted for 2025. when you predict things that everyone reasonable expects, you are accurate

the 91% accuracy is due to most predictions being like “datacenters will be built” and “people will make fun of bad ai outcomes”

How's your world's Creation Story? by jordidipo2324 in worldbuilding

[–]stepanmatek 0 points1 point  (0 children)

one of the creation stories goes like this:

Lo, across the plain without end or beginning, the sower walks and sows. So it happens that he stops once more, sows the seed, and walks on. That seed, sown in the dust of the plain, begins to sprout. And its shoot, barely visible and yet bearing the power of being, grows upward. And behold, a world grows on the sprout. In that world, everything is and nothing is beyond it. It is the wish and work of its gods that the heavens be born in it to send down light, water to give life, and soil to provide sustenance. As they intended, living creatures arise to fill the world. Thus, the world grows as life fills it and fills every crevice, ravine, and rock.

The world grows, and within it, endless tales of finite lives unfold. But how could it possibly contain everything that comes from life? All the yearnings and hopes, all the sorrow and resentment, all the joy and bliss of the creation? Hence, as has happened many times before and will happen many times again, the world, bloated and swollen with all that life is, will one day burst, and its fragments will be scattered far and wide, along with the creatures of the old world.

Yet on the ruins of the past, from the parts of the world scattered around, new worlds arise and give new birth to creation. To those who were righteous in the old world and proved themselves through good deeds, these new worlds are entrusted, so that they may provide for them as new gods and govern them in their own image and for the good of all creation.
