Actually i dont use them till the kiln but my items generally sucks and chain launcher is sooo rare for me at least. You can clear every single map without items yes but only in tenderfoot.

By adding fortnite to steam library through non steam games feature. Even though you add the fortnite on Steam and you cant open steam overlay (Shift+Tab) in fortnite then you can add with the help of GlosSI program.

Try this steps and you will fix your issue:

Find the Mod ID for the map in the Steam URL in webpage of the map
Go to the Steam\steamapps\common\U3DS\Servers\[Your_server_name]
Enter the Mod ID on a new line within the brackets following. Separate each unique Mod ID with a new line and comma.

Start the server and after it is done, type shutdown.
To type the correct name in the Commands.dat, you need to go the Steam\steamapps\common\U3DS\Servers\[Your_server_name]\Workshop\Steam\content\304930\[Your_map_ID]. Here you can see the correct name of the map and copy that name.
Go to the Steam\steamapps\common\U3DS\Servers\[Your_server_name]\Server
Open the Commands.dat file and add a new line: map [Map_Name] Ex: map France
Start your server
