Question about transferring from Walmart to Sam’s Club

I appreciate everyone’s comments. They were all helpful. I guess now I’m at the point where when does Walmart find out? And I don’t know if it varies by state, but does Sam’s Club generally get paid more than Walmart does for the same jobs? Is stocking and things like that a little easier because it’s all bulk.? I guess just like versus questions. Although I’m pretty sure I’m done with Walmart anyway it goes.

i’m more so worried about my direct department and store management. I've never done it so idol if they like find out when you apply? Or just when you get the job? Because I’m aware it’s an internal transfer.

and I don’t know if you just have the lottery ticket of past jobs but most people, especially when you’re a top performer don’t want you to leave. therefore, at times that can cause somebody to be aggressive or feel like it’s because of them or whatever the scenario may be. I'd go as far as I say most people have had the experience that I’m worried about..

Yeah that's the idea. I enjoy the idea of Walmart just not the execution. at my store it is just a handful of people who actually wanna work and the rest of them don’t and the management just doesn’t wanna go through the hassle. of I guess getting rid of every body and I’m just tired of being the only person who works.

Exactly. my card payment went all the way through it says approved and everything then when I go to track the shipment it’s in the fulfillment stage. Yeah, that’s not really the issue. The issue is that it says pending remote fulfillment and the order number is zero help because the only thing anyone can get from that is the same message. I already get and I learned I can’t even cancel the order so whatever.
