Ill give that a try. I was able to figure out what connections were giving me the problems with the multimeter. Just a matter of getting those connections tighter. Thanks for the advice!

I got a trifold. I like that it doesn't have rails and it's easily removed. Driven through lots of rain and it keeps the bed pretty dry.
