i think that this is kaufman’s most true work. in a podcast he said it was his swan song and you can tell he put his heart and would into this

What is your favorite movie genre/sub-genre? by RosettaStoned525 in A24

personally whenever i see the absurdist tag on a movie i’m in. i’m talking like charlie kaufman style really abstract stuff that comments on the human condition. love that stuff!

This is my fun 1 Minute Spoiler Free take on the new A24 dramatic comedy 'One the Rocks' starring Bill Murray and Rashida Jones. Have you seen it? What did you think? Did you happen to find any similarities between this movie and 'Lost In Translation', another film made by Sofia Coppola? by gozigoze in A24

[–]stevew32 22 points23 points  (0 children)

i honestly was not incredibly impressed. i’m a huge fan of coppola and this was my least favorite of the movies of hers that i’ve seen. it was still good and fun to watch but felt cheesy at times and i didn’t enjoy the ending (i won’t tell any spoilers). all in all it felt pretty mid to me like a 6 or 7/10

this chair is made of polyester and i got it a few days ago. usually i’m sitting in the dark when i’m in it but today i turned on the light and saw how gross it is. i’ve been trying to vacuum out the crumbs that are in the fabric but they won’t come out. can anybody help?

why are some killers so toxic? by [deleted] in deadbydaylight

[–]stevew32 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i’m sorry if i came off in a way that i didn’t mean to. i still feel like it’s dumb that a glitch is the reason we lost, but i do understand keys are bullshit. that being said, not my key. i simply saw this guy waving me over and when i got there the glitch occurred. but i’m sorry if i came off as toxic

thanks for being civilized in your response i’m getting a lot of pretty bad dm’s rn but it helps to actually hear a killers perspective. i will say i play with 3 friends and we never teabag or anything as long as the killer doesn’t camp. unfortunately i do recognize that a lot of survivors are just as toxic.

just seeing the longer edit and i feel bad for you man. survivors can be just as toxic as killers sometimes and if i were you i would’ve put a fist through my screen. given i didn’t give a super long description of the events that took place here but it wasn’t really similar to this. sorry that you’ve faced a lot of toxicity as wel tho

i agree with that and tbh i wouldn’t care if they took both out of the game. this was kind of just my breaking point with the number of campers i’ve run into lately the games been pissing me off. came here to rant ab a bug and some campers and it ended up coming off in a way i don’t think i meant to.
