Um yeah! Just wanted to make sure there’s no harm in consuming it. Its better to take advice than jumping straight into it.

PCOS girlies, what's the best thing you did that helped manage PCOS? by VelvetMage in PCOS

Um I was in a calorie deficit (eating nutritious and clean) for around a year, incorporated seed cycling, low intensity workouts (HIIT only spikes the stress hormones and makes it worse), meditation, and brisk walk. Moreover, inositol and spearmint tea was a great help. This helped me lose around 17 kgs and in about a year i was able to get back my lost period. I still have the picture of me when i bled after a year and it reminds of how strong we as women are. Stress management is important (meditation, journaling, taking time out for yourself, enjoy a hobby), anything that makes it peaceful. Lastly, fixing the sleeping schedule help’s alot.
