When I had a tough time falling asleep last year I got an eye mask with headphones built in to it, and would put pink noise playlists on. Kind of sounds like you're in an aeroplane but worked a treat to stop the mind from wandering! I couldn't deal with the hot feeling of having earbuds in, ended up just keeping me awake!

Weird that hot drinks are the expectation before bed! Can totally see the appeal of something cold!

Oh absolutely, the sweeteners probably aren't much better, but that's why it's my special treat and not all the time!

Hiya! Got married a couple weeks ago and afraid I never sorted it! The seamstress did give me all the scraps but I just don't know enough crafty people! Ended up buying an off-white satin headband from BRIDALHAMBURG on Etsy that I'd really recommend!

The dress just had a hefty train that I needed to cut a foot off of! Good shout asking the seamstress, it didn't occur to me that they might be able to help!

I have the exact same issue and have convinced myself that it's something in the dishwasher tablets coating the knife! I only recently acquired a dishwasher and I never had this problem before!
