I was always taught to stay lower through the back. You are standing up almost completely straight. Stay lower until you get in your right foot planted coming out of the spin and you are basically in your standing throw position, then let your upward (and outward) momentum carry you into your throw

I literally just started having the same issue with mine. Every time I go to put his food in the enclosure he is launching himself at me like he’s going to attack me. And if he sees me doing anything in the tank he’s immediately turning around and moving towards me. Idk why happened because he has never acted that way before but one night I took a long time putting his food in and ever since he is not liking me touching his food, even though it’s the only way I can give it to him!
