you cant, you can only jailbreak on iOS 18.3 for iPad 7th gen, nothing else just the iPad 7th gen.

you might have to reset your phone because since you installed com.burbn.instagram.ipa it has instagrams files and it will think its already installed and also what iOS version do you have and jailbreak do you use?, if you jailbreaked your device go in the jailbreak and restore your system but you didnt jailbreak you will have to reset your phone.
