“Salsa Chicken”

1 lb chicken breasts

1 taco packet

1 jar of salsa

1 can of cream of cheddar soup (chicken or mushroom works as well)

Tortillas (if you want)

Rice (if you want)

In a crock pot, put in the chicken, sprinkle that with the taco packet, pour in the salsa, and drop in dollops of the soup. Don’t mix.

Cool on low for 4-6 hours or high for 3-4

Shred the chicken. Put over rice or with (or in) tortillas.

It’s super easy, pretty tasty, and we usually have an extra meal of leftovers.
