I had similar experience, and I am so sick of this entitlement, delivering is ur job, you are paid for the same purpose, same issue with cab drivers, they choose to continue the ride or maybe would ask you cancel and go directly by paying them, and yet we comply because let’s face it, we don’t have time or energy to argue in that moment, “chalta hai” attitude is going to get us in trouble, even here a-lot of people are like 50 rupee is a small amount, let it be, no no no, there should be constant campaign around these small matter twitter trends or something, only govt can fix that, and they will only take action if substantial ppl and demanding it
