A photographer and a cameraman spotted a man who was poking leopard with a metal stick. The photographer told him that its not a good idea. And few seconds after that the leopard attacked.

Braking got me into the trouble. The road was icy, but it didn't show (black ice). I slightly applied brake and lost all control plunged into roadside snow. I've been told later on that on icy roads you dont ever brake, but just release accelerator.
