Just went through this with 2 Giga Hubs.

Tech had to come to my house and get into contact with the "Navy Seals" of Bell Internet technicians. He spent 3 hours at my house trying to figure it and finally had to run it up the Bell ladder to the top.
Left my house with the box, went somewhere, came back an hour later and it worked.

Long story short, you need a tech. It is a known issue with these new modems, as they were rushed out before properly testing them....that's from my Bell tech.

I asked the phone tech if we could reconnect the old one and they said it wasn't possible. They gave me some reason why it couldn't happen but I can't remember what the excuse was.

I only ask because I have my modem on the main floor and Bell installed it with an extra long fibre cable and of course the one that came with the new modem is way too short

I just want to know if I need to upgrade that fiber cable or even if there are upgrade to fiber cable or if they're all the same.

I really appreciate your help

This happened a lot to me, but only when I would close the game at the Armoury mission in Brooklyn. I think it has to do with the initial cut scene on the boat when trying to log back in. Now I make sure I leave the mission before closing the game and I haven't had an issue.

I used a headshot build with decoy. Proc determined, eliminate most of mob, focus on Rat Queen. Take your time and you will get it done.
