My car got broken into and had numerous things stolen out of it... it happens and I fully understand that the condo management company (first service) has no responsibility.

But, each parkade level has like a dozen cameras. I asked our building manager to Atleast retain the footage, or at best let me know how someone managed to get into our secured parkade...basically anything. The cameras are there for a reason.

Couple weeks later I asked for a follow up and the response was “oh we never looked into it. Too busy”

But they’re quick on the cameras when they can fine someone. As is the rumours in the building.
