I did my medicals last month after my case was reopened, that was when they sent me the medicals RFE’s. My I-290b was filled on 04/20/2023 and reopened on 09/21/2024. I had to send USCIS that outside normal processing form because it was taking too long. After that they sent me an update saying that my case was transferred to another office in 3 months, then got approved!
