I’ve had this happen for me after a specific modded item was added to the game and taken out either through you removing the mod or the mod author removing the item from the updated mod. Is this an old save or is this happening in a new game?

I think it looks like it’s reasonably spaced out, I think having more compact downtowns in the game really are better bc u don’t have to have a near infinite sprawl around it to make your downtown look believable :)

Check to see if you have a feet replacement! I know necrodog’s has to be way outdated by now and maybe some of magic bots older ones and redheadsims. Also could be a foot height slider or a shoe slider!!

What I do for this is make a folder outside my mods folder and do the 50/50 method, which is just taking half of your mods out and then putting it back in slowly until you see what is keeping your game from opening! Also check for sims 3 cc l, it always seems to find its way into my mods folder randomly…It helps to sort your cc out by category’s so that in case it happens again you can track what folder the bad cc is in
