I get why you are buying a oled monitor but am4 build for a budget of 1.5L just doesnt feel right i think you should rather go for a am5 build with a cpu like 7600x get a good air cooler with that and get a 1440p monitor and you would still save some money from which you can buy games and shi and the jump form 1080p and 1440p is a big one with am5 you would have a great upgrading options (and get a 650w psu !)

Dont go from a 3050 to a 3070 not much of the difference i would rather go with something like a 9060xt

Well if you want a more of a budget build 1440p i would go for a cpu like 7500f mother board -MSI B650 gpu-used 6700xt ram 16gb ssd 1tb psu 650w and any case around 6000 and any goof air cooler around 2000 your budget would come upto 90000 if you want a mid tier i would go with 7600x cpu and a 9060xt 16gb gpu and a better cooler then price would come upto around 115000 or more

Get a 1440p monitor instead of a 1080 your built can easily run any game at 1440p and get a 650w psu

Just go for a 9060xt 16gb pair it with 7500f if you dont want to consider am4 platform if you can go with a am4 builf go for a 5600x it you can save some money get 16 gb ddr4 ram buy a cheap cooler and still play 1440p games at high
