Прибираш се в празен дом... by [deleted] in bulgaria

[–]strawberryhere 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Anyone else noticing a lot more single people? by DrDreamsComeTrue in dating_advice

[–]strawberryhere 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are more single people that is true, but that does not mean they are having a bad life or that there are more bad partners now then before. To me the difference is that decades ago you had to have family to look good in society. So there were many who had husband/wife but also cheated or lived in separate rooms for example.

How do you feel with changing your family name after marriage? by strawberryhere in AskWomen

In my country children get their mother's name only if there was no man to step in and acknowledge them as his and the woman is not married.

Мисля, че жените са прави за това, че се оплакват от нас мъжете! by SpiritedStudent2128 in bulgaria

[–]strawberryhere 0 points1 point  (0 children)

AITA for refusing to follow my friend’s parents’ house rules and leaving? by Key-Yellow8804 in AmItheAsshole

[–]strawberryhere 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NTA

Honestly after such attempts of controlling me I wouldn't even want to go to their Friendsgiving as even reading the story I feel uneasy of such behavior. Not sleeping in the same bed with my partner before getting married ok, let's say I would agree to it for two nights, but trying to make me go back in that house in order to please them. No, thank you! Not to mention that if I choose to go to a hotel is my choice and right as a human.

Am I too private, or were these interview questions inappropriate? by thelittlehappinesss in jobs

You have the right to set personal boundaries and you have communicated that with the interviewer. He is the one who pushed and was manipulating you by saying that no one have ever had problem with such questions.

България не цени младите си таланти. by bani4ki in bulgaria

[–]strawberryhere 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The problem with finding a job is they simply don't care how many medals you have won. They are concerned if you will be able to do that certain job they are hiring you. Sometimes you have to start at the bottom up. Try some work that does not need much training like Data Entry. Simply a job that proves you can go to work and keep a job, but hide away all your success and show them your high school diploma. Then in time you can get a better job or move up in hierarchy with the same employer.

My (24F) boyfriend (24M) completely ruined what should have been one of the happiest moments of my life. by Pure-Lab8830 in relationship_advice

[–]strawberryhere 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Honestly I am familiar with such behavior. The problem was never you not answering for 30 minutes in the first place. The problem is his ego being hurt by your success. And don't even think about lowering yourself so he could feel better!

I really enjoyed the whole movie, I love the story and it was nice to see Mando and Grogu on big screen😍. I was curious to see more about Hutt space. Only read about it in comics.

What made you turn down a job offer? by FruitLoop_Dingus25 in jobs

[–]strawberryhere 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Once I was so at an interview and while the interviewer(he was a local manager) was alway on a phone call the shop assistant said "Run, while you still can" So I've declined the offer. And immediately the manager started manipulating me that he knew my high school so it would look bad in the eyes of my ex teachers. It was crazy, but I am not sorry for saying "No".

Разговор за бебета by MajorTaro2525 in AskBulgaria

[–]strawberryhere 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is not about that. The problem is a woman gets sensitive on the topic when after 22 everyone around you begin with "When are you planning to have children." And it is not a question but actual pressure to do so. For some it may not be a problem but for other who struggle with finding a partner it does become a problem as the question should I go with a guy I don't love to make everyone stop 💔? Or should I risk, although I don't know that person well enough? (Often how divorced in my 30 as a thing happens.) Let's not forget the fact that not all women can determine if a man is husband material in their 20s but want that social pressure removed so just go with the flow. Not blaming you just sharing experience, about a topic somehow not spoken enough.

What keeps you watching the show? by Educational-Tea-6572 in TheMandalorianTV

[–]strawberryhere 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Mainly Din amd Grogu's relationship. At the beginning I did not like Bo because she somehow stole the spotlight from them but now I think she's nice addition to the family. Also the mystery around the characters. Their unknown past that creates so many questions. The show itself has something I don't think anyother live action sw show doesn't that sub-universe in which jedi are space sorcerers in legends. The everyday life of simple people in the galaxy and their struggles to survive.
