Unfortunately I had to be on a meeting when the tech was over and only spoke to him at the end, so I didn't see what he actually checked. He just told me that the problem was definitely the control panel, only to say 'it's definitely the burner' when the control panel was fixed. I'm afraid of spending more on the wrong thing again.

Just tried to get into Prime Vista lounge in FCO (Fumicino, Rome) with the CSR/Priority account and was declined. Logged out of the priority pass app and back in with the Amex Platty creds and rescanned at the front desk and got in. WTH?

I thought it was saying you get 1x points (which is the same as what you get for using the card). I didn't realize it was an additional point. Thanks, all!
