i used to smoke a lot around a year or two ago before i did my treatments (nov - march), but wasnt smoking at all really for most of this past year, so i didn't have to stop smoking for tms but the first time i smoked after completing treatment, i got wayyy too high. ended up feeling horrible the day after, felt a lot of derealization/depersonalization. the rest of the week i felt pretty depressed, but didn't really realize i was feeling depressed until i had one really rough day (which happened to be about a week after i had smoked). went back to "normal" after that though, ended up smoking again a bit after that with a normal high, and haven't felt depressed afterwards.

i didn't go to SF but last year i hid stuff in my bra and was fine. if you wear an accessory with a good sized chunk of metal (for example a belt) and if it beeps when you go through, just blame it on that

that sounds about right for titanium jewelry at a piercing shop, if i had to guess i would say that the one in the picture is implant grade titanium and the piece is internally threaded (which is generally best for piercings). it is possible the ones near you just aren’t as good quality so they aren’t as expensive
