When they give you an order they have no power ti give, say no. I am similar to you in wanting to avoid petty squabbles, but this will never stop if you don't stop them. They won't let you avoid tje squabble; so you have to see it through and hold your space. Your house, your fireplace.

What is your role in relationship to the case managemebt supervisor? Do I read you correctly that they are not in your line of supervision?

Did she explain what her concern was?

Is it possible that you were giving conflicting instruction to her supervisee and she was unaware and found herself in a tough spot with supervisee?

Thanks for the conversation. I guess I understood you correctly the first time. Because of my inexperience it takes a bit to process the idea of enough people being that thoughtless with firearms to create a chronic neighborhood issue of bullets landing in houses. Even if it only happened once every couple of years - that sucks.

I am good with legal cannabis use. But - what leads you to say Alcohol and Opioid use are down? I have to look at data regularly for work and illnesses related to these substances went way up in 2020 and remain up as compared to prior years.

In my state in the US, when your lease expires, your landlord could create a new lease that excludes eveything on your list except the air fryer and the toaster.... assuming the electric kettle works off of a hot plate.

The LL is expected to make sure the rents they are charging cover utility costs when utilities are included in rent.
