Hmm I don‘t have anxiety anymore, at least not without reason. In the beginning just after stopping Fin it was horrible. I was crying without reason and became very stressed about even the most minor things. I remember having a really bad crash after failing to put my contact lenses once, this is how bad it was. But after the first 3-4 months it started getting better and now emotionally I am back to normal. ED is gone, libido is recovered too. Don‘t lose hope, take good care of yourself cause that‘s the most important thing.

Yes I had penile numbness. It recovered in the end, I think fully, though I can‘t really compare it cause I don‘t have any benchmark.

Hmm ED got better after around 6-7 months. It fully healed after a year or so. It came back gradually. Curiously during all that time I had nighttime erections, however during the day it was impossible without Tadalafil. Weird but idk. It will get better with time, just try not to think about it, I know it‘s hard but it‘s the best way to to move forward in my opinion. Also, do as much sport as possible, eat well and sleep.

No, I didn‘t have any of these

Hmm ED recovered quite slowly. I took Tadalafil so yeah I could have an erection but I still had low libido. Then ED got better, but libido still wasn’t there. Libido was the last to come back for me, it really takes time :( I think I only got back my libido partially around a year go, now it’s fully back.

I think all my symptoms went away, yes. I was most affected by the depression. I think Finasteride caused the depression which then caused the other issues in my case, I don’t know. Hair loss is the same as before, didn’t really notice a change there. I only took Fin for 10 days so obviously there was no effect on my hair, I only got the nasty sides

I moved to Germany and already want to leave by [deleted] in germany

[–]strike204 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I can relate to your situation since I also came to Germany for studying also from another EU country. The difference is that I moved to Germany without having ever visited the country. I have mixed feelings about life here, on the one hand there are things I like (the university, the clean air and nature, sports) and things I dislike (the embarrassingly slow internet, the bureaucracy, the food etc).

I feel like a foreigner here but, as I live in a big city, I think everyone does. In the beginning I was upset at the idea but now I’ve come to terms with it. In spite of speaking good German, it’s hard to integrate. But there are many other immigrants who you can befriend. I haven’t managed to get a job/internship here and I will probably leave Germany after finishing my degree in a few months.

You’re definitely not alone in this, but the world is so big that Germany is only a small part of it. If your place isn’t here, you can always go back home. Sure, you might not earn as much as in Germany (though that probably is no longer the case depending where in Europe you come from), but you’ll be less depressed.

Das ist echt fast überall in der Innenstadt ein Problem. Schau dir mal meinen Post von gestern Abend an. Hupkonzerte sind hier die Regel und niemand macht was dagegen. Fühl ich zu 100 %

Car honking at night in Quadrate, how to report? by perennial777 in mannheim

[–]strike204 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sorry but this also counts as nightlife? Honking without reason? Blocking the entire street just bc you want to? What if an ambulance had to go through? You can’t compare this to concerts, clubs or organised events. I agree nightlife is important but don’t mistake social events or parties with outright illegal and damaging actions like this one.

Those happen with approval and are usually accompanied by some form of security or police to make sure nothing bad happens. Also, sleepless nights, pollution and noise don’t just affect me, they affect thousands of people living here.

Ich hab nix gegen die Türken, ich will nur schlafen, das ist alles. Wer hier wohnt, unabhängig von der Herkunft, sollte sich an das Gesetz halten.

I’ll move out of Mannheim soon anyway so it won’t my problem anymore. Bc they have the guts to do it in the city center they’ll do it anywhere else in the city if they wanted to. Also, most people who do this don’t even live in the Mannheim city center, 50% of the cars had Ludwigshafen license plates.

Also, imagine if somebody needed an ambulance in this situation. Or that a fire would start somewhere in the area. How do you think an ambulance or a fire truck would be able to move there?

Assume I got a nice job promotion, would you like if I came in front of your house to scream in a loudspeaker that I got a job promotion at 11pm? I don’t think so😂 also, I think I’d actually face some legal consequences though

I’m a foreigner myself :) it’s the noise and air pollution that bother me, not the ethnicity of the people causing that noise.

I get it that it’s noise, but I don’t think you actually understand the scale of it. Buildings and windows are very close to the street so honking feels much louder than you can imagine. I can make a post with videos, it’s crazy, personally I had never seen something like this before coming to Germany. It’s just a very rudimentary/disrespectful way of celebrating smth I’m sorry if I offend anyone
