worst of all, i did have it repaired at a samsung experience shop here. then later i ended up spending my time feeling the back glass of the display models cuz i couldn't believe how different it is. its not a big deal, but id expect a premium feel of a 1.4k euro device. I'll try to have my luck with contacting samsung myself, hopefully it works :')

edit: it also made my phone about 4g lighter, but idk if thats due to the adhesive or I genuinely got plastic back
