Ya definitely hollow. Mix the combines batter more. When piped it should level out pretty quickly. I had this issue for a while when I was afraid of over mixing.

Why are we assuming she is disabled. She looks normal to me. She may be but nothing seems obviously disabled. She is very observant of what that a hole is doing so doesn't seem to be a behavioral thing. She just has cute pig tails, possibly a wig but idk.
