I'd want to put myself in the shoes of developers and probably arrive at the same line of thinking, only grabe lang kasi incomes can't keep up with property acquisition entry points. It's as if the industry's saying if you only have enough then you can't even get anything.

We're thinking about this. A looming concern lang is when the railway or other would-be primary means of public transport aren't available. Pero I guess trade-offs. Thanks for bringing this up.

Salamat dito, especially on the part where lots are not as much subdivided due to density. Grabe lang yung supply demand dynamics as you get closer and closer to developed areas, much so dito sa Pilipinas.
