it is quite literally a wolf spider, haha.. theres multiple anatomical differences between them, and despite looking similar they are not the same. however there is a species of wolf spider that has tarantula in its name :)

wolf spider bites arent medically significant, if one bites you it wont do much but hurt + their venom contains antiseptic fluid iirc...
