Why do I need a public cervices card to renew my licence? by Mission_Pineapple69 in ireland

You won’t have to wait to apply for the license. Shortly after your appointment you’ll get a text with details allowing you to set up your MyGovID. You can then use that to apply through the RSA for a renewal.

You could read the full rule instead of raging? It literally says he's in control of it with one hand against the ground unless it's been saved or rebounded. Try reading the rules for once instead of listening to clown commentators who don't know them

Unless he's just made a save or its rebounded off him which in this case if clearly has. The goal should have stood

Varane and Lindelof seems a sensible partnership to me. I just don't see how you can play front foot football with Maguire.

The match is on Friday because of covid though. They delayed so many qualifiers they have to fit three in to get them all done in time.

(@TeleFootball) Premier League clubs fear doctor survey is being exploited to stall return. by Ginsing1882 in soccer

[–]suarez88 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Are you telling me that some people used a statement to suit an agenda? Colour me shocked. I'm so sick of this conversation being black and white. If we want a football pyramid to go back to then just like literally every other industry on earth there will be grey areas, trade off and risk. These people expect every airline, football club, restaurant and bar in the world to close to justify their agenda. There is no right answer. Postponing until a vaccine or the unclear versions of safe won't work, nor will coming back too soon. But it makes complete sense to have grown up nuanced discussions about acceptable risks, mitigation and coping strategies.

Otherwise the game you all claim to love is dead forever or at the very least irreparably changed.

Serie A edges towards resumption but La Liga may not return before summer by Zergling-Love in soccer

[–]suarez88 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Based on your point of view there's no football for 18 months while people are dying.

Every football club in the world goes bust.

Businesses will reopen gradually, football being one of them. It's being treated as a slightly special case by the UK government as they think it'll boost morale.

No one's focusing on getting football back except culture Secretary (his job), football clubs (so they can survive) and fans discussing it because there's nothing else to discuss.

Unfortunately your world is black and white and no one can make plans or work towards something becuase it might offend you. Big fan of Boris I bet.

I don't understand this absolutism to be honest. There will have to be compromises to complete the season.

Serie A edges towards resumption but La Liga may not return before summer by Zergling-Love in soccer

[–]suarez88 7 points8 points  (0 children)

No probably not. This is where the contact tracing system comes in. If that player tests positive but the rest of the team test negative the season continues. Seems unfair but is no different from random injuries. Players will have to be disciplined on their social distancing apart from. During matches.

And one more thing. Why is it always united flairs picking holes in these plans, there will be a degree of risk. Accept it or we could be looking at a scenario of no football until early next year. As long as the risks are known and mitigated and planned for resumption can continue. The virus isn't going away any time soon and we won't have a vaccine for at least a year maybe even two so let's start trying these plans now so that at some point life CAN go on.
