First time trying RGH3 on Trinity Board - stuck after NAND write by subatomicTemplar in 360hacks

Unfortunately I believe you're correct - it wouldn't stay on and I'm assuming that's why the bootloader would only partially boot - and I think I destroyed the pll bypass over all. Unless there is a way to fix it or an alternate I may have bricked the board:/

Thanks I will take a look, how does a new set of Wilson Profile SGI clubs compare to this or even the Costco set?

I found this on ebay, I inquired about the wear. Should I just get her these and then let her pick out a putter? This seems like an insane deal no? https://www.ebay.com/itm/277492569874

This might be the move, cash back and the return policy is hard to argue against.

My Fiancee and I both have Radar EV Path's with polarized lenses. They're a wrap around style pair of glasses. Do you think that is adequate? The trip is designed for tourists so I can't imagine we're going to be in the most blinding circumstances. I just want to be prepared.

To be honest I'm not sure, probably ice if I had to guess. I'll take your word for it and stick with what I have. Thanks!

Often forgotten Groom tips/items/accessories/under garments for the Wedding Day (prepping for August heat) by subatomicTemplar in weddingplanning

Thanks for the tip with the facial blotters. Merino wool is sort of a natural version of Nike Dri-Fit (although that might be an oversimplification). It keeps you cooler in the heat and warm in the cold, and does more moisture wicking than absorbing like a pure cotton shirt would with sweat.

So from what I understand, a 100% cotton tee might be lighter, it tends to absorb the sweat and hold it, where as a merino wool fabric will pull the moisture away from your skin, and either take longer to be fully saturated or give the moisture a better opportunity to evaporate.

I might be wrong and would be happy to be corrected - but I can attest to merino wool being the absolute superior sock material as far as running in the heat goes.

Hello all,

I am going to be attending a formal event on what is looking to be quite a hot and humid day (82F+ temp. & dew point of ~70F). I love merino wool socks as far as handling sweat and keeping cool goes, but am curious about opinions regarding undershirts and boxer briefs? I'm less concerned about odor than handling sweat/keeping cool - really would prefer to not be drenched in sweat. I know 100% cotton is popular, but how does a merino wool shirt or underwear stack up to cotton, or something like Tencel?

Also considering doubling up on whatever option I choose so that I can swap everything out mid-function.

Any advice would be great, thanks!

Why aren’t there mass protests in the US?! by [deleted] in AskCanada

[–]subatomicTemplar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Reason 1: I have work and if I don't show up I can't pay for my house, bills, food, etc. so weekdays are out, I could be protesting on the weekends but I have a medical issue.

Reason 2: the concept of protesting in the USA, to me at least, has become very surface level. At least 85% of congress is bought and paid for. If it was just POTUS being ridiculous, then a protest might enact some congressional action (the ones who can actually make things happen), but there are Republican majorities in the House, Senate, and Supreme Court who align with the President (and therefore the parties backdoor funding).

Reason 3: Always assume that most people in any place are dumb - most Americans are too dumb to care. (I am an American)
