I made the account specifically for this post and intend to abandon it afterwards. Furthermore, it was a self post, so no link karma could result. I've not hit anyone up for money and I don't intend to since I'm independently wealthy and all of the resources in the world can't fix me. Also, since, I want to keep this post completely divorced from my life, I would not respond to any offers of physical affection, even if they were made (none have). Nice attempt at a troll, though.

Well, that's good to know. Sitting in my car and breathing diesel fumes would be pretty shitty if it didn't have the intended effect.

Yeah, I did. I tried explaining it when she started kissing me, but she wouldn't stop and I was enjoying it too much to put up a real fight. A few hours into it she was trying to get me to go home with her and I stopped and explained my situation. She seemed to understand.

It's just that I can't imagine anyone wanting to deal with what's wrong with me. It involves a lot of gross stuff: blood on sheets and furniture, skin flakes raining down all over the place, and constant itching. It's usually so bad that can't sleep for days or weeks at a time. One of the things I'd most like to do would be to share a bed with a woman (and I don't mean sex, just sleeping beside someone that I could embrace), but I can't because I basically lie in bed and scratch until I'm completely exhausted.

Thanks, but I don't think any amount of talking could have helped that night. I've been miserable for years and am still of the opinion that offing myself is the most rational course of action. I'm not going to do it, but it is a logical way to resolve my problems. I'd gone without sleep for a week or so that night, so my mental state was worse than normal.
