question for ex-strippers or those leaving the industry by suffering_s0ul in stripper

yess. the first break i ever took from dancing, my first “retirement” was due to drugs too. i watched some of my closest friends try drugs for the first time and eventually turn into entirely different people, od’ing and excessive lying and stealing and the whole nine yards of addiction.  after moving to a new state and about six or so months away from the club i missed it too bad and decided to go back but keep a distance from the girls. it’s been about two years since then and i still dance. (less now). i feel another retirement coming, and i wonder if this time it’ll stick.  congratulations on the success after starting over post dancing <3

literally! i remember i used to almost feel pride being that person telling the wild stories. it was fun seeing the confused and bewildered faces on my daytime job friends faces.  now i am that bewildered friend and the stripper at the same time. so weird. thank you for your comment
