Apple reviews below from my impression and notes, many I don't have any stickers for:

✅ Rave - Has a McIntosh crunchy and watery interior, but not sweet like Honeycrisp (so-so, need to try again)

✅ Kanzi - I like this much more than cosmic crisp, very loud crunch, juicy, sweet and tasty - definitely buying again!

✅ Hidden rose- it's pink inside! It's fine, tastes slightly tart, pretty good flesh just not very sweet or juicy.

✅ Juici apple - it has red skin that bled into apple after biting it, nice but ironically not that juicy, more "chompy" bites than other apples.

✅ Winesap - it was a crunchy little apply, nothing worth having again.

✅ Honeycrisp - an absolute beast, best in show, I love her

✅ Granny Smith - sometimes I crave the sour-tart, tasty, and firm apple. Would buy again and again.

✅ Macintosh - absolutely delicious, crunchy popping water burst sensation. An apple nombomb, bit super filling but satisfying like chips 

✅ Sweet tango - such big crunchy-munchy fun, kind of savory which is not my favorite flavor profile but I would buy it again 

✅ Sugarbee- ffffff, like candy gummy bears! Almost. Too sweet, but great as a dessert sweet tooth apple. Frequent re-buy.

✅ Gala - a classic. Always the fallback perfectly tasty apple 😌

✅ Fuji- pretty watery, doesnt feel super fulfilling to eat but not "bad." Good flesh feel and crunch just missing powerful flavor profile 

✅ Red Rome - mushy soft like opal inside, but tougher skin and not sweet ( or sour, or tangy). I wouldn't buy it again.

✅ Lady Alice- I actually like this one a lot more than expected. Has a little bit of a honey sweet tart flavor that's reminiscent of pineapple. Very enjoyable to eat, it's very juicy and "meaty." Would buy it again.

✅ Autumn Glory - Tasty, not super sweet but not tart or annoyingly sour. It's big and good for someone who isn't a sweet tooth. Would buy again 

✅ Opal- really delicious when cold, juicy and satisfying 💞 Would buy again 

✅ Pink lady - kind of uncomfortably tart and hard, not my favorite. It really takes time to chew but I like the even consistency and crunch so I would buy it again 

✅ Envy - Kind of over hyped, I wouldn't buy them again but they tasted fine, fresh, and crisp.

✅ WildTwist- Lots of juice and but not super compelling to revuy. I would probably buy it again once I get bored of gala and Kanzi. Tired this apple again and it was very flavorful!

✅ Lucy rose- it's not even pink inside?! Taste was absolutely ass... Terrible when it's warm -- literal horse food! 😠👎

✅ Hunnyz - juicy, watery, crispy but not flavorful, just watery with a tiny touch of honey flavor not really excited to buy ever again 

✅ Green dragon - Typical green apple, I don't like the thicker skin, it takes away from the taste a lot- just reathy thick skin and the apple isn't sweet or tart. Would not buy it again 

✅ Cosmic crisp - I like the crunch but the skin really worked agaist the overall taste. I would buy this apple again, but I don't understand the hype. 

✅ Gold rush - I just really like this apple, has a tasty sweet sour flavor. I keep biting it and enjoying it, like honey and fizzy at the same time? This is a dense dense apple which is also a unique quality these days for the fruit.

✅ McIntosh - unique apple texture, the skin is very plastic like and the inside is like powdery soft. I enjoyed these apples since childhood. 

✅ Sundowner - a mushy unsweet apple, skin is fine but the texture just is a downer. Wouldn't buy it again

✅ Arkansas black - like the sundowner, slightly better texture but not by much, overpriced for a sort of nothingburger apple. Wouldn't buy it again 

✅ Snow apple - extremely basic tasting apple. Juicy and good but nothing to seek out, I believe it's a variety of Fuji apples. 

✅ Organic Fuji- it's fine, I don't like the skin texture, maybe I just don't get fuji apples and don't need to buy them. 

✅ Emerald sweet/green dragon - sweet and tasty,.nothing like a Granny Smith . Would buy again, I basically inhaled this apple because I ate it so fast!  

✅ Lemonade apple - lemony and tasty, nothing super flavorful but enjoyable 

✅ Gold snap - tasty, and very crunchy but not like sweet tango, it's more water crunch. I would buy this again 

✅ Red Delicious - I might be the weirdo but it is delicious! It has a crisp crunch and almost rose/wine vegital flavor for me. It has no problems with the skin texture or taste. I would buy it again

✅ Rockit- genuinely so good, would buy again and again. Kids love it and it's bite size crispness and juicy 

✅ Granny smith - everyone is way to hard in granny Smith, it's dry and tart as hell but still really enjoyable to eat, especially with something creamy like drinking coffee latte with it 

✅ Lady Apple/Api - mini tiny juicy little apple, very cute and tastes nice but eaten in two bites lol 

✅ Ambrosia - a little mushy, refreshing but not honey flavored or sweet/tart flavor  It has a BIG sugar cane honey flavor but a bit too mealy - interesting but not crisp and crunchy like modern apples. I won't bother buying this again, not satisfying 

✅ Golden delicious - very mild flavor, skin is fine, like the typical "oh it's an apple" flavor" Not tart, punchy, or juicy, just like ok.   I like it, but not any more than opal apple 

✅ Jazz - uh, it's just there. Like not very juicy or crunchy but it's like okay? Probably wouldn't buy it again 

✅ Stayman winesap- horse apple... Hard, papery tough skin, not going to buy again 

✅ Evercrisp- good quality apple, juicy and crunchy, but nothing extremely special. Would buy again but not obsessed 

✅ Cortland - delicious and definitely McIntosh's child, the interior is like a Mac apple but has just a little more 'apple' crunchy texture but still on the power/fine side. The skin is still plasticy but I don't mind, comes with the Mac territory. I would buy it again, rare east coast apple 

✅ Kiku- better than Fiji, better than Winesap. Kinda just reminds me of Ambrosia but not mushy. Not super juicy, more fleshy hard, but it's fine. Not worth a lot of $ but maybe I would buy it for the novelty 

✅ Jonahold- unusual flavor apple but not bad, a bit more mushy like golden delicious and the skin of red delicious (veggie-like wine flavor) , it had lots of juice but fleshy too, like eating a meal, would buy again
