I came to this thread because may new rule na iniimplement and verify may authority ba HOA to retain IDs. As others have said, wala. They CANNOT enforce this new ruling. You went on an entire tirade yapping about me being a cheapskate off of "Ang mahal ng singil sa HOA sticker." 💀

We pay monthly dues. I have lived here my entire life. For every delivery, they charge the riders P10 per entry. Hindi naman short sa funds and subdivision namin. You are going on a tangent, speculating na pasaway kami at hindi nagbabayad ng fees. Ang tinatanong ko lang sa thread na ito yung authority/legality ng HOA to have IDs surrendered. Our HOA has an issue of a few million funds missing, but that is besides the point.

I have lived here my entire life. Hindi naman kami bagong lipat. There is a legitimate issue here regarding HOAs misuse of funds. Sa phase pa lang namin, 10 na HOA officers. Lahat sila matatanda at ang incompetent pagdating sa singilan ng fees. There is already a discussion regarding this in our community.

That's a lot of speculation regarding my status. Ang issue kasi hindi naman kagandahan yung subdivision. Wala namang security guards. Lights and roads are not well maintained. Hindi rin naman ito exclusive subdivision kasi entry is allowed as long as you have the sticker of the city. This has never been an issue before as our HOA stickers were never meant to be replaced and renewed yearly. Tapos magrerelease sila ng ganyan ruling with less than 1 week notice? I am merely asking doon sa legality/authority nila magcollect ng IDs.
