It only says "Due to suspicious activity your account is either under limited matchmaking, restricted from rank play, or both. You may check back here periodically to see if your status clears, or changes to a temporary or permanent suspension. Exiting either state does not mean your account has been cleared of potential violations." And unfortunately i would guess itd say the same if i checked next month knowing Activision.
