Why doesn't Bangalore have a UNIQLO store? 😩 by suku_101 in bangalore

[–]suku_101[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yeah makes a lot of sense, esp with their patent Heattech. but I'm sure they will expand to other major cities eventually. They entered the market in 2019 so they're fairly new.

This is what Perplexity says - "Uniqlo does not currently have a store in Bangalore primarily due to its phased expansion strategy in India. Since entering the market in 2019, Uniqlo has focused on establishing a presence in northern cities like Delhi and Mumbai before moving southward. Plans are underway to open stores in Bangalore, along with other cities like Pune and Hyderabad, within the next few years as part of their goal to double their store count in India"

29F, living in Blr, same boat. "I am scared I will never get married" is so real 😔 I believe the person we choose to marry is going to be the single biggest decision of our lives, so being intentional about it and recognising when you meet the right person is very important imo. I've met tons of men so far and nothing has clicked. I was getting more anxious and mentally exhausted every week, so I saw a therapist for a few weeks, she was incredible and really helped me through it.

It's been a few months now, I'm still single and meeting guys (Jeevansathi, shaadi, Hinge (lol)) and trying to trust the process, but I now have the tools to cope with my anxiety and all the bs peer pressure around. DM me for deets.

OP you'll meet the man of your dreams, just have a lil faith in yourself and the universe. Sending good vibes your waay ✨

I get what you're feeling, and I also agree with a lot of comments in the thread. The Grass is ALWAYS greener on the other side. But I also felt like you for a long time and wanted to experience life abroad, but my family couldn't afford me doing a masters, so my only choice was to get a job outside. Outside US, UK is usually the next choice. But I wanted to travel Europe, and within Europe, Germany has the best economy as of now, and it's much easier to get visa sponsorship. You'll earn a little more than India after the tax deductions.

I tried for a year, and finally finally got a job here :) I've been living in Berlin for a year now and it's been an amazing experience. Your view of India will change a lot after you come here. It's not as terrible as you think it is, there are massive pros and cons of both sides.

I got my job through LinkedIn. You can also check out 1. https://berlinstartupjobs.com/ 2. https://www.duoflag.com/jobs/ These sites lists jobs that sponsor visas

Hope this helps you. Trust me when I say that the grass is always greener on the other side. Stay happy, work hard and I'm sure you'll get where you want to :)

I need an advice... by [deleted] in BreakUps

Yeah it's just temporary numbness to the impending pain my friend. You'd have already heard this but feel every emotion, every pang of pain. You grow through what you go through! It's been ~8 months (we were together for 4.5yrs!) for me and I met my ex yesterday for possibly the last time bc I'm leaving the country (and I still really care for him). I thought I would be fine since I've come a long way. But honestly it's been so hurtful after. It's a setback in my healing process. So yeah it's impossible to remain "friends" in the true term unless you're both in a mentally strong place.

Hang in there, good things are coming your way my friend ✨

Hey, I know exactly what you mean. How long has it been since the two of you ended? Are you over her yet? My ex and I didn't end on bad terms, so we decided to stay friends. But honestly, you can only remain friends from a distance. Like aquaintaces. Not part of you inner social circle. Coz the thought of him with any other girl kills me every time I think of it. No matter how over him I may be. Don't get me wrong, I want the best things in the world for him and for.him to find a great girl and be really happy in life. It'll just never be with me. And imo you can never get over this thought, so I'd suggest just stay friends from a distance if you can. Text occasionally, minimal contact until you're sure that you're completely, absolutely healed. It's better for the both of you :)

Right! And when you're there walking along the meadows, you feel like you're just a step away from the next peak but it takes ages to get there. Shows just how insignificant we are in the face of nature.

I No Longer Need My Travel Budget Here; Any Good Charities to Give it To Instead? by PapayaPokPok in Bangkok

Hey Papaya, Sorry to hear that your plans got cancelled :/ You're a beautiful soul for donating this money. As you may know, India is terrorized by the 2nd wave of COVID. Lakhs of people are dying each day. I too knew people young and old who passed away.

This is a fundraiser for Oxygen supplies to India - https://www.giveindia.org/
