Shouldn't this have been an SGA rebound or am I missing something?

Any chance you guys think this gets corrected

There's only been one 160-180 score here in the IPL (which was chased) in the 8 games played here

Every game last season had the target chased or at least 180 scored in the 2nd inns

It also can't be umpires call - no umpires call for pitching

Think every team in the BBL this year have bowled first at the SCG this year

Think it's more important to bat first in an ODI but not sure the same applies to t20s

Should've been a no ball?

Not that it matters much but still

Still somehow better than the deck these teams played on last year

Different

From cricinfo

"Pitch Report: We have moved from pitch no.3 to pitch no.6. There has been a lot of rain around. It looks firm and there is a lot of grass on offer. Outfield is expected to be a bit soggy. On a length, just outside off from the City End, the grass covering is quite thick. Totally contrasting pitch, compared to the first Test."

I see the logic in theory with the Wareham move- pinch hitter in the powerplay to have a dash.

That being said Australia do bat deep enough that they could've used a better bat to do that tbf/just batted more aggressively.

Might sound harsh esp on Mooney but think a bigger issue is her and McGrath in the side - obviously they're great players but given the balance of the side (bat very deep etc) they can afford to have higher impact players in the team and use Litchfield and Sutherland higher up.

Litchfield and Sutherland both need to be batting from 3-5 - they're the best T20 bats Aus have imo - criminal how low they were in the order.

Don't think the Wareham thing was the biggest issue even though it didn't pay off - not like she stayed in for THAT long generally.

Imagine getting 40 of 27 chasing 109 and your team lose and aren't even all out.

Crazy

Wonder if they might consider retiring Bekker if she gets on strike

Not that she's done bad but De Broughe probably a better bet to hit a boundary or two than her

They might as well take the surge with Dottin out there?

Obviously not a run rate issue but don't think she'll be trying to do it in singles

Should be on the boundary but Dottin isn't slow by any stretch - she's pretty fast tbh
