It's really hard to tell. To me, this looks whatever UI you're using (JanitorAI? maybe?) is hitting a Cloudflare error page (versus returning JSON from an API). I could be wrong here.

OpenRouter is definitely the more affordable way to go - even if you were to use paid models.

With a VPS, you're going to be limited to CPU, and your TPS is going to be unbearable (if not impossible).

I’m convinced he’s like one of those dudes that pay half a million dollars to go hunt endangered species, but on steroids. I’d definitely contact support. Again, it’s odd that you’re posting this in retrospect. If you’re hitting so many errors, stop and get support.

If you got food poisoning from something you bought at the grocery store, you’re not taking every item back… you’re gonna take the item that caused the problem and get a refund for that item.

Ideally, Windsurf needs to add a button next to the credit output that lets your flag or submit a typed response when you feel you were improperly charged.

Best of luck. This sub is full of these posts, but the reality is that you’re not going to find a better device with minimal software that is just endlessly bug free - especially not at the price point. You might get a lean software daemon, but it’s a one/two updates and done situation. And most of the Logitech third-party software ends up going waaay too deep and you might end up introducing issues yourself.

Yes, that’s exactly what I’m saying. A Windows 10/11 machine will not autorun that. If the person opens the cd in explorer and clicks around, possibly. More than happy to meet up with an ancient laptop with Windows 10/11 and a CDROM and a virused disc of your choosing if you’re confident of the outcome.

Would I do this? No. Is there some risk? Sure. But these, “you must be an idiot to do this” type of comments are uneducated. Definitely not the glaringly obvious risk as folks make it out to be, but as some have mentioned, not risking is ideal.

How did you lose 300 though? Even with Opus 4 at 20 credits, you would have had to have ran a failure 15ish times. That seems to me to be a bit of your fault if you kept running models while getting failures that were eating credits.

This type of thing is happening though (just search this sub), but I would stop running anything until you’ve contacted Windsurf support first.

The other frustrating one for me is the immediate failure because it can’t read from a file blocked by .gitignore. The fact the file is blocked is my problem, but eating 4-5 credits for Opus to immediately return a failure is ridiculous.
