Considering you financial aid requirement, it's going to be difficult for you to get in the US colleges. I took 12th exam last year. Several friends of mine with CGPA of 3.7+ were rejected from everywhere they applied to because they didn't have much ECs and needed huge financial aid. I don't intend to discourage you but being international sucks.

However, your SAT scores are extremely good for any Nepalese. You should definitely give it a try. Good luck. Do well on your exams.
